Victoria Moreno-Herrera serves as Leadership SAISD’s President. She is the owner of her own small business, Baby Besos, a children’s clothing company which earned San Antonio Magazine’s Best of the City Editor’s Pick for Children’s Clothing. Victoria is an SAISD parent and shares a concern for education equity within the city of San Antonio.
Analisa Andry-Rodriguez serves as Leadership SAISD’s Vice President. Ms. Andry is a Senior Statistician at H-E-B where she focuses on corporate and community-based initiatives in the areas of Education and Health & Wellness, which coincides with her life-long passions. Born and raised in San Antonio with family roots in SAISD and the Alta Vista Neighborhood, she shares in LSAISD’s vision for strengthening educational opportunities for all children. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame and Harvard School of Public Health, Ms. Andry chose to return to the city she loves and continues to advocate for SAISD as a resident in the district.
Chula Boyle serves as Leadership SAISD’s treasurer. At this time in her life, Chula is playing with her grandchildren, loving her family and using her energy for issues that impact the students of SAISD. She is a retired educator of 33 years and ended her career as an Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction in SAISD. She states that her greatest career accomplishment was being the founding principal of The International School of the Americas in NEISD and her partnership with Trinity University in that endeavor.
Martha Martinez-Flores serves as Leadership SAISD’s secretary. Her experience ranges from logo/identity creation, websites, and signage to advertising campaigns with a strong focus in connecting with today’s Hispanic market. Martha is an SAISD parent and shares a passion for equitable education for San Antonio’s children.
Anita Uribe Martin has been involved in the small business industry. Ms. Martin holds a BS in Speech and Mass Media from Houston Baptist University, has over 15 years experience in policy, media relations and currently is the External Affairs Specialist based out of the TMMTX in San Antonio. As an EA Specialist, she is responsible for media relations, assisting to develop public policy initiatives related to manufacturing/workforce and advocating with state, regional and national governments and representatives of the company in the business community on public affairs issues. Over the years, she’s held numerous positions in the public and nonprofit sectors.
David Nungaray began his work in education through SAISD as a 4th grade teacher at Bonham Academy. While at Bonham, David was named the SAISD Elementary School Rising Star in 2011. He also served as Secretary on the SAISD District Leadership Team. David originally came from California to San Antonio as part of Teach For America’s charter corps of teachers. After teaching, David was an instructional coach with Teach For America, working at over 20 schools in SAISD. He received his Masters in School Leadership from Trinity University. He now works as an assistant principal in San Antonio. David has a strong belief and passion for public education, and he is committed to living out that belief and passion as part of the LSAISD Board of Directors.
